Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 working days, subject to product availability and payment verification. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship to Lithuania and all EU member states.

Delivery times are estimates. ENTER is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen method.
Customs & Taxes
For all EU orders, VAT is included in the product price. No additional customs duties apply for shipments within the European Union.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@takeenter.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a free replacement at our discretion.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every bottle. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase dateat hello@takeenter.com with your order details — we'll work with you to make it right, including issuing a refund where appropriate.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (consumable food supplements), we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your product arrived damaged or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please refer to the sections above — we're here to help.
